Attorney Phuong M. Tran Fawcett was raised by a single mother in the French Quarter of Hanoi. She learned English by working at her mother's souvenir store at a young age. Upon receiving a scholarship from SMU Dedman School of Law, she moved to the United States to pursue her career in law. She is now a proud dual citizen of Vietnam and the United States. She is licensed by the U.S. Supreme Court of Texas and is authorized to represent clients in the United States Tax Court, Federal and Texas State Courts, National Visa Centers, and USCIS offices.
